\"images\"<\/a>I here the question all the time ! “How do i get Sellers or how do i get Buyers?” , well here are some basic ideas and tips on where you can start. Basically there are only two ways to generate buyer or seller leads, On-Line or Off-Line.<\/p>\n

Remember that building a healthy pipeline of leads is crucial if you want to thrive in today\u2019s real estate market. That\u2019s why you must have a system designed to generate and capture qualified prospects and keep more leads coming your way. \u00a0This is not the whole meat and potatoes but just the ideas where\u00a0you can\u00a0start.<\/p>\n

Here are some Online Tips:<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

  1. Facebook \u2013 <\/strong>numerous ways to do marketing and attract buyers and seller, informative articles, videos, specific property.<\/li>\n
  2. Website-<\/strong> with the”Pay-Per-Click” Search Engines. PPCSEs can and should become an indispensable part of your lead generating arsenal. For example: Google AdWords & Yahoo AdWords there are other companies that do similar.<\/li>\n
  3. LinkedIn- <\/strong>LinkedIn has a high percentage of professionals, so the likelihood that you’re dealing with people in your target audience is higher than some other channels.<\/li>\n
  4. Twitter- <\/strong>Use Twitter “to promote sales or services… and utilize hashtags so that potential clients can find your sale or topic.<\/li>\n
  5. Realtor.com<\/strong> (my favorite in the last few months)<\/li>\n
  6. Zillow & Trullia<\/strong><\/li>\n
  7. Craigslist<\/strong><\/li>\n
  8. Yelp\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n
  9. YouTube<\/strong><\/li>\n
  10. Google Plus<\/strong><\/li>\n
  11. Kijiji-ebay Classifieds<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Here are some Off-Line Tips<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

    2. SOI<\/strong>-Sphere of Influence referrals<\/li>\n
    3. Flyer Boxes<\/strong> around town<\/li>\n

    5. Direct mailing <\/strong>for seller and buyers<\/li>\n
    6. Seminars<\/strong> Home buying or Selling<\/li>\n
    7. Lender<\/strong> referrals<\/li>\n
    8. Agent<\/strong> referrals from out of town<\/li>\n
    9. Ads<\/strong>– Harmon Homes\/Newspapers,Magazines<\/li>\n
    10. Referrals<\/strong>– Current\/past Client<\/li>\n
    11. Open House<\/strong>s-<\/li>\n
    12. Cold Calling-<\/strong><\/li>\n
    13. Expired\/Cancelled<\/strong><\/li>\n
    14. Events<\/strong>-CarneAsadas,weddings,birthdays etc.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
